Sprint FAQs

Questions before your sprint starts.

Quick answers about combining sprints, kickoff, access, timelines, and what your team receives after the work is complete.

Can I combine sprints?

Absolutely. Many teams start with Org Health + Data Quality, or Org Health + Import Readiness. We offer bundled pricing for combinations. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Who should attend the kickoff?

We recommend your Salesforce Admin, a member of your ops or RevOps team, and ideally a stakeholder from finance, sales ops, or service ops. The kickoff is 2 hours.

What happens after the sprint ends?

You get all deliverables in writing, a 30/60/90-day roadmap, and a recommendation for ongoing governance or DataMantle implementation if it is a fit.

How much Salesforce access will you need?

We need System Admin access during the sprint to audit configuration, run reports, and review data. We use secure, read-only methods where possible and respect your data governance policies.

Can we get started in two weeks?

Most sprints can start within 2-4 weeks. We will work with your availability for the kickoff meeting and access setup.

Core GoalMake Salesforce easier to audit, clean, and trust.
Why DataMantle Exists

Business systems should create clarity, not chaos.

DataMantle was created for teams that depend on Salesforce but need cleaner data, stronger governance, and systems they can actually trust.

I've seen what happens when systems are neglected, both in life and in technology.

After years working inside Salesforce environments, I saw the same patterns repeatedly: duplicate records, fragile automations, poor integrations, unreliable reporting, and technical debt that slows growth.

DataMantle was created to solve those problems at the root.

Core belief: Salesforce should help teams move faster with confidence.
Why Companies Choose DataMantle

Built for Salesforce-dependent teams that need clarity and control.

We're not a generic consulting firm. DataMantle is designed for the way Salesforce organizations actually operate.

SF

Salesforce-native

Built specifically for Salesforce architecture, governance, automation, and enterprise operations.

P+C

Product + Consulting

We solve immediate problems and build reusable products that help prevent the same issues from coming back.

ENT

Enterprise-minded

Built for organizations that need reliability, auditability, operational control, and stronger governance.

AI

AI-forward

We use modern AI workflows to accelerate delivery while keeping human oversight and control in place.

Our Philosophy

Salesforce should be an operational advantage.

Not a collection of fragile automations, inconsistent data, and expensive workarounds.

We believe serious organizations deserve systems that are observable, governable, and built to scale. That's what we build for.

Clarity over chaos

Teams should be able to understand what is happening in Salesforce without digging through disconnected records, reports, and workarounds.

Systems that scale

Good architecture should make growth easier, not create more cleanup work every time the business changes.

Ready to Talk?

Let's fix what's slowing your Salesforce org down.

Whether you need a quick health check, ongoing platform monitoring, or full modernization, DataMantle has a path that fits.

DataMantle Health

Find, prioritize, and clean bad Salesforce data.

DataMantle Health helps Salesforce admins define data quality rules, run scans, and turn risky records into clear findings teams can review and fix.

Manage Rules->Run Scan->Scan Runs->Findings->Cleanup Work
Custom Rules

Create rules that match how your Salesforce org actually works.

Admins can start from Manage Rules, open the custom rule modal, and define exactly what DataMantle Health should flag during scans.

1

Open Manage Rules

Admins start from the rules page where active and inactive checks are managed.

2

Create custom rule

The modal lets admins define the object, field, condition, and comparison value.

3

Add review details

Severity, impact score, message, and suggested action explain why the issue matters.

4

Validate and save

The rule can stay as a draft or become active for the next scan.

Custom rules help admins turn their own Salesforce standards into scan-ready checks.
Step 2: Health Dashboard

Run scans, review results, and open the findings that need attention.

The dashboard uses the active rules from Manage Rules, creates Scan Runs, and turns matching records into findings admins can review.
